Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through the website.


Return & Exchange Policy

  • Return or exchange is available for selected products only. Return eligibility details are mentioned on the product page.
  • If pickup service is not available in your location, you may need to self-ship the product to our office address.
  • Return or exchange charges may apply depending on the case.

Refund Policy

We accept refund requests in case of:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product
  • Missing item in combo order
  • Size, color, or design mismatch

Once the returned product is picked up and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.


Important Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused and unwashed
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Used or damaged items will not be accepted
  • Customized products are not eligible for return
  • Return request must be raised within the return period mentioned on product page
