Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through the website.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Return or exchange is available for selected products only. Return eligibility details are mentioned on the product page.
- If pickup service is not available in your location, you may need to self-ship the product to our office address.
- Return or exchange charges may apply depending on the case.
Refund Policy
We accept refund requests in case of:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product
- Missing item in combo order
- Size, color, or design mismatch
Once the returned product is picked up and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
Important Return Conditions
- Product must be unused and unwashed
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Used or damaged items will not be accepted
- Customized products are not eligible for return
- Return request must be raised within the return period mentioned on product page
